Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Computed Tomography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Experience: 2 years of CT experience required License: State license verification required Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Philips experience required - Experienced with venipuncture and contrast administration required - 3D imaging experience highly preferred - Ability to work as a contributing member of a highly functioning, cooperative, and efficient team - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently Description: In accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures, Performs computerized axial tomography procedures on adult patients under the guidance of a radiologist. Venipuncture and contrast administration validation within one month of hire date. Candidates will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must be able to function independently when required. A skills checklist must be completed within one year of application for relevant professions. Physical copies of certifications are required only if listed above.
