As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Bonfe: Creating exceptional customer experiences using our top of the line system, allowing you to focus on meaningful interactions.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe's reputation Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals Participate in ongoing training and career development What You Bring:

Customer service experience (call center background is a plus) Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
