Warehouse Operations Leader , you will play a key role in leading Material Handlers to efficiently manage a variety of finished good plastic containers for some of the most recognized brands in the industry. Our food-grade clean facility is conveniently located just off I-275! Your Responsibilities Ensure the efficient performance of all Storage, Shipping, and Receiving operations. Direct the work of Material Handlers to optimize productivity. Adhere to the policies set forth in our current procedure manual. Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Enhance your knowledge and skills through a variety of training and on-the-job experiences. Qualifications Availability to work
5:50pm - 6:05am
on a rotated schedule of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, giving you 2 weekends off each month with a 3-day weekend. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. Leadership experience and knowledge in manufacturing or logistics operations, which can be gained through paid or unpaid roles. Strong communication skills and the ability to utilize soft skills effectively with team members. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
