We are seeking a passionate and resilient Director to lead our Immigrant and Refugee Services. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring culturally and linguistically proficient services that empower our clients to overcome challenges. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage program initiatives that support immigrant and refugee populations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within a multifaceted organization, ideally in the non-profit sector.
A strong background in nonprofit finance and program management.
A proven ability to build strategic partnerships, raise funds, and influence community-focused initiatives.
Familiarity with immigration laws and policies, along with bilingual capabilities or evidence of multicultural understanding.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to those holding a relevant advanced degree.
