As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring culturally and linguistically proficient services that empower our clients to overcome challenges. You will drive strategic leadership, manage finances effectively, and engage in community advocacy. This is an opportunity to guide our organization through a transformative phase, enhancing our reputation as a trusted advocate and service provider. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage program initiatives that support immigrant and refugee populations. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and policy-makers. Engage in public policy advocacy to advance the needs of the community. Oversee financial management and ensure responsible resource allocation. Inspire and mobilize support for our mission within the organization and the broader community. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within a multifaceted organization, ideally in the non-profit sector. A strong background in nonprofit finance and program management. A proven ability to build strategic partnerships, raise funds, and influence community-focused initiatives. Familiarity with immigration laws and policies, along with bilingual capabilities or evidence of multicultural understanding. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to those holding a relevant advanced degree. The Director is expected to be a decisive and strategic leader, capable of blending financial acumen with a compassionate vision for service delivery.
