THE OPPORTUNITY
CMG Strategy Co., LLC seeks a Digital Workplace Developer to help enhance our digital capabilities.
What You'll Do:
Assist in the architecture, strategic configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow modules and applications to ensure scalable and future-proof implementations.
Act as a key liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, delivering strategic insights, managing expectations, and ensuring transparency around platform initiatives, risks, and deliverables.
Help automate initiatives by evaluating enterprise workflows and leveraging orchestration, scripting, and workflow capabilities within ServiceNow.
Serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by developing workflows and integrations that drive efficiency.
Build reports that empower leadership with actionable insights, predictive trends, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Proactively identify business opportunities and support cross-functional initiatives to implement refined, value-driven processes aligned with organizational strategy.
Consult on infrastructure architecture and capacity planning to ensure platform scalability and alignment with enterprise IT standards.
Utilize Apex programming language, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs to develop customized solutions within the Service Cloud platform.
Build customizations for Salesforce Service Cloud Console to optimize agent workflows and enhance productivity through automation and visualization tools.
Develop integrations between Service Cloud and other systems such as CRM, ERP, or ticketing platforms utilizing Salesforce APIs and middleware tools.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers related to ServiceNow, managing integrations and resolving vendor-related issues.
Monitor ServiceNow performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization measures.
Be proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, AngularJS, and Glide scripting to build complex customizations and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Design and develop robust APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and error handling.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Manage ServiceNow and Salesforce upgrades and patches, ensuring seamless transitions to new versions.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
A Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification and either Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
2+ years' experience in administering, developing, architecting, and supporting ServiceNow or Salesforce.
Experience integrating ServiceNow or Salesforce into 3rd party tools and creating automations using process builder and flow.
This is a hybrid telecommuting role with certain days in-office in Columbus, OH and certain days remote, within commuting distance.
Pay Transparency:
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $101,899 - $110,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based on performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
