Your Mission: As the Associate Food Safety & Quality Manager, you’ll oversee the execution of FSQA policies at our production facility. Set high standards for safety and quality, ensure outstanding compliance, and lead initiatives to refine quality metrics through careful data analysis.

What Your Day Looks Like:

Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and develop the FSQA team, enhancing their skills and performance in food safety culture and operational excellence.

Compliance Champion: Ensure adherence to FSQA programs like HACCP, sanitation, and traceability, meeting both Ocean Spray and government standards.

Audit Authority: Lead audit processes, interfacing with various governmental and consumer entities as the face of Ocean Spray during evaluations and complaint resolutions.

Incident Management: Investigate and resolve product-related incidents, applying root cause analysis to promote preventive actions effectively.

Communication Mastery: Establish communication protocols related to safety and quality practices ensuring clarity and timeliness across the plant.

Qualifications We Seek:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant scientific disciplines such as Biological or Chemical Sciences.

Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial roles within manufacturing and quality systems operations.

Expertise with HACCP Certification and knowledge in FSMA, PCQI, and GFSI .

Proven leadership capabilities paired with exceptional problem-solving skills.
