Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor: Guide customers through the entire auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer 'specials', schedule service, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion of work, ensure customers are satisfied, and more Maintain high CSI score
Requirements - Automotive Service Advisor: Automotive Service Advisor and CDK experience is preferred Good customer service, computer, and communication skills A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance High school diploma or equivalent Driver's license and insurance
