We are seeking a seasoned

People & Culture Director

to oversee

daily HR operations and cultivate a vibrant, inclusive, and high-energy workplace culture . This role is pivotal in

managing essential HR functions , such as onboarding , employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering team engagement and professional growth . The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in handling day-to-day HR tasks, passionate about building a collaborative and supportive work environment, and skilled at ensuring operational efficiency. Based at our U.S. headquarters, this on-site role offers access to premium amenities like our state-of-the-art gym, supporting a dynamic and engaged workplace culture. Responsibilities

HR Operations Management : Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, benefits administration, and payroll coordination, ensuring seamless and efficient processes. Employee Relations : Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting open communication to enhance team morale and collaboration. Culture Building : Spearhead initiatives to strengthen team camaraderie, including employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and cultural activities, to create a collaborative and vibrant workplace. Performance Management : Guide managers in setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance challenges with empathy and actionable solutions, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. Benefits Administration : Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring competitive offerings and clear communication to employees. Compliance Management : Ensure HR practices adhere to regulations such as EEOC, OSHA, and HIPAA, while preparing data-driven reports on HR metrics, retention, and employee engagement. Policy and Strategy Development : Partner with leadership to design and implement HR policies and strategies that support diversity, inclusion, and long-term business growth, with a focus on operational efficiency and cultural alignment. Training and Development : Develop and implement training programs to support employee growth, including leadership development, compliance training, and skills enhancement, aligning with organizational goals. Employee Engagement : Organize and execute company-wide initiatives, such as employee recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events, to strengthen workplace bonds and morale. Leadership Advisory : Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights on workforce planning, employee retention, and engagement to drive organizational success and cultural transformation. Qualifications Experience : At least 7 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing daily HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance. HR Expertise : Proven ability to handle complex HR tasks, such as conflict resolution, performance management, and policy development, with a focus on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Cultural Focus : A passion for building a people-first culture, with experience in employee engagement, recognition programs, and creating inclusive, high-energy work environments. Interpersonal Excellence : Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a warm, approachable demeanor and a talent for connecting with diverse stakeholders. Strategic Mindset : Ability to align HR strategies with business goals, showcasing problem-solving, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach to daily operations. Technical Skills : Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office; experience with employee engagement platforms is a plus. Compliance Knowledge : In-depth understanding of U.S. labor regulations, including EEOC, FLSA, and ADA, with experience ensuring HR compliance and managing audits. Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is strongly preferred. Leadership Qualities : A proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, manages sensitive information discreetly, and drives operational and cultural success. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary : $160,000-$200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
