Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT (MR) certification, BCLS, and at least one year of MRI experience.
Responsibilities Work in a hospital radiology department Full-time, 13-week assignment 12-hour rotating day/evening shifts, 3 shifts per week Patient population and types of MRI cases to be determined by facility needs No on-call required 75-mile radius rule; local candidates not accepted Must perform MRI exams and procedures according to established protocols Role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in MRI technology Appropriate scrub or dress code as specified by the department
Requirements Minimum of 1 year MRI Technologist experience required Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (MR) Current BCLS certification Knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology License required if applicable Must maintain all registries and licenses required by state and federal law
