Position Overview Join a world-class aerospace manufacturing team as a Composite Technician ! In this hands-on role, you'll work with advanced composite materials to build precision aircraft components. Key Responsibilities Composite Fabrication: Perform lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repair of composite parts in accordance with production specifications. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, sketches, and operation sheets to determine processes and requirements. Quality Assurance: Check all work to ensure defect-free assemblies before inspection and maintain production documentation (e.g., MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs, DR/DI). Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment to meet production and quality goals. Continuous Improvement: Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace organization. Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to FOD prevention programs. Adaptability: Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Basic computer skills. Minimum of one (1) year of related composite experience. Proficiency in working with composite resins and materials. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a 6" scale.
