Coughlin Automotive is currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailers to join our teams at our Marysville Ford dealership. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall appearance of our vehicles and the experience of our customers.

We carry thirteen brands including Buick, Chrysler, GMC, Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Cadillac, Hyundai, Toyota, Nissan, and Kia. We have seventeen locations in the Central Ohio area, including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Lancaster, Lewis Center, Dublin, and Marysville. Responsibilities

Wash and prepare new and used vehicles for delivery to customers according to company standards or client specifications

Apply detailing products to enhance the appearance of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish

Maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of vehicles in our inventory

Thoroughly wash, buff, and wax exteriors

Vacuum, steam, and deodorize interiors

Conduct inspections to ensure all areas of the vehicle meet quality standards before delivery to customers

Neatly organize new and pre-owned vehicle lots, move cars as directed, and contribute to maintaining an appealing physical appearance of our inventory

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment

Drive vehicles safely within the facility as needed for cleaning and presentation purposes.

Assist with additional custodial tasks as required to maintain a clean working environment

Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary

Undertake any other related tasks as required

Experience

Previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals

Familiarity with buffing/polishing techniques and car wash procedures is a plus

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

Experience with window tinting or other automotive services is an advantage but not mandatory

A valid driver's license is required to operate various types of vehicles safely.
