This role goes beyond basic sales—our ideal candidate is someone who can confidently read bid invitations, interpret construction drawings, and submit competitive proposals for large-scale projects. You’ll be the point person engaging with general contractors, architects, and procurement managers, ensuring Image360 is positioned as the go-to graphics and signage partner on complex commercial builds. This is just one example of the high-level work we pursue—and we’re looking for a sales leader who’s ready to operate at that level. At the same time, you’ll be responsible for growing our overall book of business—guiding clients through creative signage solutions, nurturing relationships, and building a repeatable sales process that scales. If you’re driven, strategic, and love turning bold ideas into signed orders, you’ll thrive in this role Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly and quarterly targets • Generate new business through cold calls, walk-ins, networking, and referrals • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business • Create and present proposals, quotes, and project estimates • Work closely with the design and production team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment • Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM or job tracking tools • Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity • Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and business expos Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in signage, printing, construction, or a related field • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Organized and self-driven with strong follow-through • Comfortable reading basic design proofs and translating client needs into visual solutions • Tech-savvy—able to learn quoting software, CRM tools, and email/phone systems • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person client visit Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
