MRI Opportunities - Technologist & Clinical Supervisor

Location: Greensboro, NC (occasional coverage at nearby sites, including Burlington, NC)

Compensation:

• MRI Technologist: $31-$45/hour (DOE),

• Clinical Supervisor - MRI: $33-$48/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

• MRI Technologist: 3x12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekend day every other weekend

• Clinical Supervisor: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts (occasional weekend coverage as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking skilled professionals to join a growing MRI team in Greensboro, NC. Whether you're an experienced MRI Technologist or a proven leader ready to step into a Clinical Supervisor role, we have exciting opportunities for you.

These positions offer the chance to work with advanced imaging technology, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.

1⃣ MRI Technologist

As an MRI Technologist, you will:

• Perform MRI exams using proper protocols, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.

• Greet patients, explain procedures, and provide a positive experience.

• Operate 1.5T and 3T Siemens magnets, maintain equipment, and complete routine QC checks.

• Document patient information in EMR and PACS systems.

• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and shielding for optimal imaging.

• May perform breast biopsies.

Qualifications:

• ARRT board-certified (MR) and BLS certification required.

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MRI safety and human anatomy.

• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

2⃣ Clinical Supervisor - MRI Department

As the Clinical Supervisor, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day MRI operations and ensure safe, efficient workflow.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate technologists; assist with procedures including breast biopsies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation requirements.

• Manage schedules, staffing, equipment maintenance, and quality control programs.

• Collaborate with leadership to support operational and budgetary goals.

• Act as a clinical resource for complex cases and promote a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications:

• ARRT board-certified (MR) and BLS certification required.

• Minimum 3-5 years of MRI/clinical experience; supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with 1.5T and 3T Siemens magnets.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Technical Certification Bonus: Synectics is pleased to award its employees a bonus of up to $500 for an approved professional certification. In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us. Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee. Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus. It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
