Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of plant equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems, and will be able to swiftly implement solutions to any issues that arise.
Responsibilities
Maintain and repair all electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission components of manufacturing equipment.
Oversee and ensure the effective functioning of plant equipment, including flat freezers and refrigeration systems.
Swiftly implement problem-solving solutions as challenges arise.
Provide leadership and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in managing maintenance operations.
Ensure excellent communication through both verbal and written skills.
Essential Skills
Proficient in electrical schematics and 480V electrical systems.
Experience in mechanical maintenance and PLCs.
Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with controls.
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in conveyor systems.
Knowledge of simple hydraulics, lifts, and grinders.
Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
