Job Description:
Develop and execute internal communication strategies that highlight company values, promote employee engagement, and bring the company's values and mission to life. Write and edit a wide range of content including emails, newsletters, Slack messages, intranet articles, leadership talking points, and video scripts. Manage the internal communications content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of important updates and aligning messaging with company priorities. Collaborate with teams to create engaging and diverse communication formats (such as videos, Q&As, podcasts, etc.) to enhance how information is shared and received. Support the company-wide rollout of Slack, creating excitement and driving adoption through strategic communication plans, training materials, and engagement campaigns. Continue ongoing Slack engagement activities that promote best-in-class usage and encourage cross-functional collaboration. Build, maintain, and optimize department and company SharePoint sites to ensure employees have quick, reliable access to the information they need to do their jobs. Identify areas for improvement through employee feedback and engagement data. Use insights to design and implement impactful solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience creating employee-facing content that is clear, concise, and engaging. Familiarity with using Slack and SharePoint as communication and collaboration tools. Proficiency in designing and analyzing surveys and engagement data to inform internal communication strategies and drive engagement. Creative thinker with experience developing campaigns that bring internal and engagement initiatives to life.
