Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Warehouse Associate

to perform a variety of warehouse and order fulfillment tasks in a climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of warehouse experience and strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory handling. This position involves picking and filling orders, packaging materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work area. Job Responsibilities Perform general warehouse duties including order picking, packing, and fulfillment using RF hand scanners

Accurately process shipping and receiving tasks in accordance with company procedures

Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy with part numbers and lot tracking

Prepare and package orders for shipment in a timely and organized manner

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the work area

Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Collaborate effectively with team members to support daily workflow and productivity goals

Meet or exceed performance, quality, and attendance standards set by management

Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, including order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving

Working knowledge of RF scanning technology and inventory control processes

Strong attention to detail, especially with part numbers, lot numbers, and documentation

Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods of time

Physically capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting and handling packages as needed

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Preferred Skills Forklift experience and certification preferred

Experience with shipping and receiving procedures

Knowledge of order picking and fulfillment processes

Familiarity with identifying and tracking lot numbers

Education High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Schedule Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM (5/8 schedule)
