Job Overview
We're looking for
Bilingual Customer Service Representatives
to join our client's enrollment services team. In this role, you'll assist New York Medicaid clients by providing accurate information, processing enrollment and disenrollment requests, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and another language and have a passion for helping others navigate healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding enrollment services. Educate clients on managed care options and assist in choosing suitable health plans. Review and process enrollment/disenrollment forms with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the
NY Medicaid CHOICE Project . Identify and escalate issues or concerns to the Central Operations Supervisor. Perform managed care education and enrollment duties as needed during high call volume. Ensure a positive and professional customer experience on every call. Participate in Saturday shifts as required. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience:
Minimum
2 years of customer service experience , preferably in a
call center or human services environment . Experience working directly with the public and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Skills:
Must be able to
read, write, and speak English
and one of the following languages: Haitian Creole, Spanish, Bengali, Mandarin, Cantonese, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance. Ability to quickly learn new programs and apply knowledge effectively. Computer proficiency and accurate typing skills. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach. Ability to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
