Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Lead HVAC Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience working with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers in commercial HVAC systems.
his role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee commercial HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, and RTUs.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on complex HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Recommend system upgrades or energy-efficient solutions to improve performance and cost savings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and control systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required; additional HVAC certifications .
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
