Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed our annual sales targets.
Provide exceptional and consistent service to our customers.
Ensure product presentation aligns with our high standards.
Demonstrate products across various brands and categories.
Organize special events to attract customers.
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management system effectively.
Assist with the timely and organized receipt of shipments.
Foster a cooperative and enjoyable work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
A true passion for culinary arts!
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Dedication to outstanding customer service and continual improvement.
Previous retail sales experience is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional demeanor with adaptability to change.
Physical ability to stand and/or walk for long periods.
Capability to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder.
Open to U.S. citizens and authorized workers. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
Compensation:
$15-16.50 per hour based on experience. Incentives Include: Seven paid sick days a year. A generous 50% employee discount on all products.
