We are looking for a Collections Specialist and a Collections Associate to join our team! Possible work from home options after 4-6 months of full time employment.
Monday-Friday 8-5p or 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls
Set up payment arrangements
Send text and email payment links
Find solutions for customers to get their accounts satisfied
Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
Keep records and status of customer's account
Work as a team to hit daily, weekly and monthly goals
Provide excellent customer service to each customer
Qualifications:
Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to find solutions for customers
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Basic computer skills
Ability to work individually and in a team
