4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Maintenance Technician
with a strong background in industrial electrical systems, PLC programming and troubleshooting, and hydraulic systems. In this hands-on role, you will support our fast-paced manufacturing operations by ensuring production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 3-phase power and control circuits
Program, diagnose, and maintain PLCs and related control systems
Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and components
Disassemble, inspect, clean, and reassemble dies and tooling
Operate tool room machinery (e.g., drill press, band saw) and use precision measuring tools
Support maintenance of furnaces, compressors, and cooling systems
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and perform Lockout/Tagout procedures
Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and equipment
Maintain accurate maintenance records and communicate effectively with team members
Qualifications
3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Industrial electrical experience required
Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Welding experience (MIG/Arc) preferred
High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical training a plus
Die cast or plastic injection molding experience a plus

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies
Strong work ethic with attention to detail
Familiarity with 5S and continuous improvement practices
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
