Job Summary:

seasoned Copy Editor
with
10+ years of experience
in
advertising agencies or book publishing . This role focuses on
editing rather than writing , partnering closely with writers to refine content. The ideal candidate will have
strong written communication skills
and a background in
ad agencies or book publishing . Key Responsibilities:
Ensure
consistency, clarity, and quality
across all content. Edit
copy decks
for grammar, logical flow, and brand alignment. Maintain
brand tone, style, and accuracy
in spelling, syntax, and punctuation. Collaborate with
copywriters and content producers
to refine messaging. Work with the
Brand and Creative team
on content projects. Sync edits across
Asana, Figma, Slack, Google Workspace, and Pastel
to ensure accuracy. Proofread
digital assets, copy decks, and other content
as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years
of experience in
advertising agencies or corporate marketing . Expertise in
AP Stylebook and Chicago Manual of Style . bility to
pivot between assignments
and meet tight deadlines. Experience working with
tech clients, especially cloud software companies
(preferred). Strong
attention to detail
and ability to
manage multiple tasks . Excellent
interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills . Familiarity with
web and print publishing processes .
