Technical Delivery Manager Order to Cash

They are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) – Order-to-Cash (OTC) to lead all aspects of delivery for key enterprise application projects that support their billing, invoicing, customer, and revenue processes. This is a contract role (6–12 months) based in King of Prussia, PA (hybrid: 4 days onsite per week), supporting the modernization of the Order-to-Cash ecosystem across multiple business lines.
The Role You’ll Play
The TDM for OTC will oversee all aspects of delivery, ensuring seamless integration and execution across ERP systems, custom applications, and master data initiatives. This person will bridge technical delivery, business process, and architecture governance—leading multiple concurrent workstreams that enable automation, accuracy, and visibility in financial and customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of multiple Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, encompassing Order Management, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable components.
Manage implementation of custom-built web applications leveraging React, Angular, or .NET frameworks integrated with enterprise systems and relational or NoSQL databases.
Oversee ERP enhancements and system integrations aligned to OTC modernization and data governance standards.
Collaborate with architecture, data, and MDM teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, focusing on Customer and Product Hub (MDM) implementation.
Drive adherence to defined delivery methodologies, governance, and quality frameworks, ensuring issues and risks are proactively managed.
Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams across application, integration, and reporting teams.
Partner with project managers, developers, QA, and business analysts to address technical challenges and remove delivery obstacles.
Provide consistent, transparent communication with senior leadership—summarizing delivery progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all OTC solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, performance benchmarks, and data integration patterns.

The ideal candidate brings deep technical delivery experience across Order-to-Cash systems and enterprise ERP environments. They should possess strong technical acumen, solid understanding of master data and system integration concepts, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams. Qualifications Proven success managing technical delivery for Order-to-Cash or ERP transformation initiatives.
Hands-on experience with custom web application delivery (React, Angular, .NET) integrated with enterprise databases.
Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) for Customer and Product domains (Customer/Product Hub preferred).
Solid understanding of OTC processes including customer setup, order management, billing, invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition.
Experience coordinating across application, data, and integration teams in a matrixed, Agile or hybrid delivery environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage offshore development teams and communicate with global stakeholders.
Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
