We are looking for an HVAC/Oil Service Technician to join our team! You will be providing HVAC/Oil maintenance, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, heat pump, geothermal, rooftop package systems.
What you will Do:
· Keep Busy Year-Round:
Enjoy steady, rewarding work in all seasons with a full schedule of meaningful service calls that make a real difference for customers.
· Take
the Lead:
Be the go-to expert for oil burner service, diagnostics, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems—your skills will keep homes and businesses running smoothly.
· Expand Your Expertise:
Tackle a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration systems, building a dynamic and well-rounded service portfolio that keeps every day fresh and challenging.
· Mentor in the Field:
Share your knowledge and guide junior technicians, helping to grow the next of skilled professionals while solidifying your leadership role.
· Stay Connected:
Work closely with dispatch and service managers to ensure seamless coordination, on-time responses, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
· Lead with Precision:
Keep detailed service records and champion the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance in every task you take on.
What You Bring:
5+ years of oil service technician experience
Proven expertise in HVAC systems (EPA Universal Certification required)
HVAC experience and willingness to grow further in the field.
Leadership ability and great communication skills
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Oil burner certification/license (MA/RI)
