Crane Operator

for our

Austin, TX

Responsibilities:

Operate cranes to lift and move materials safely and efficiently.

Inspect crane equipment and components daily to ensure proper functioning.

Interpret load charts and follow lift plans provided by site engineers.

Communicate clearly with riggers and signal persons to coordinate lifts.

Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections.

Comply with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.

Assist with minor crane maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Support other site activities when crane operations are not required.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes in commercial construction.

Strong understanding of crane load charts, rigging practices, and safety protocols.

Ability to work in varying weather conditions and at heights.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating multiple types of cranes (e.g., tower, crawler, hydraulic).

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Familiarity with Austin Commercial's safety and operational standards.
