CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Design and execute functional assessments / rapid diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, and automation solutions. Lead business transformation and automation projects, including assessment of current operations, design of future state, and implementation of transformation roadmaps. Oversee the optimization and automation of clients' back-office functions. Guide teams in designing and implementing new operating models, organizational realignment, shared services/centers of excellence, process improvements, and automation solutions. Evaluate and support the deployment of business process automation tools, such as RPA and related technologies. Manage teams through requirements gathering, process and functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and solution adoption. Assess and support implementation of business process automation with functional tool upgrades such as: RPA and process automation Position, design, develop and deploy process improvement solutions which include components across the automation spectrum such as Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Digitization, Visual Dashboards, etc. YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience or exposure to AI-driven automation and hyperautomation trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Use data analytics and KPIs to drive and measure process improvement Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and agile project/time management skills Ability to present in front of C suite and senior management Be creative and think outside the box and thrive on new challenges Expertise in 2+ domains preferred (e.g., Customer & Marketing, Finance, M&A, Operations, Pricing, Risk, Supply Chain, Workforce, etc.). Example include:
Finance: Knowledge of financial operations, people, process and technology. Supply Chain: Knowledge of operations, manufacturing, quality, or operations strategy for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organizations Payments: Experience with use cases such as fraud detection, cashier-less stores, hyper-personalized credit scores, enhanced customer service, etc. Customer: Experience with use cases such as reduce customer churn, accurately price products / services, increase up-sell / cross-sell, reduce service center call times, etc. IT: Experience with use cases such as optimize infrastructure use, optimize system, TCO and service management Operations: Experience with use cases such as eliminate underperforming SKUs, optimize fleet size and logistics, optimize inventory management
BS/BA required, MBA a plus Bachelors + 8 years or Masters + 6 Years' experience with strategy, finance and business operation, financial modeling, business process improvement and automation Demonstrated expertise on strategy, design, and implementation engagements Experience with emerging technologies and knowledge and use of business systems Proficiency in MS Office applications, workflow automation, and process mining tools Travel up to 30%, on average, may be required for this role.
