We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our team as a Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of scheduling and planning to ensure efficient operations and optimal inventory levels.

What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with production managers and other relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain detailed production schedules, considering resource availability, capacity constraints, and production priorities. Deliver a site service level of 93% or greater on product lines. Translate production schedules into actionable procurement plans to ensure timely acquisition of materials and components. Monitor inventory levels and consumption rates, identifying potential shortages or excesses, and adjust production schedules accordingly. Target inventory levels provided by finance. Communicate regularly with the operational team to provide updates on production schedules, material availability, and any potential issues or delays. Provide timely responses to our customer service and bidding teams to ensure appropriate communication with customers. Utilize scheduling and inventory management software to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize production processes. Continuously evaluate and improve scheduling to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance. Cross train with other site Planners. You'll Bring:

Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field or experience in manufacturing or demand planning. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Prior planning and scheduling experience are preferred. We Can Offer You: Benefits are the game changer!
