This influential role is critical to our growth and success in the advanced manufacturing sector for aerospace and defense. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape financial strategies that align with our mission, optimize our capital structure, and enhance resource allocation. As a key partner to the executive team, you will drive a variety of strategic finance efforts including capital market strategies, debt/equity planning, and investor engagement. You should be prepared to leverage your extensive experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance to lead capital raising efforts and manage investor relationships effectively. We are looking for candidates with a Master’s degree in a relevant field (CFA/CPA preferred) and a minimum of 12 years of senior finance experience in fast-paced, technical, or defense/manufacturing sectors. You will also play a pivotal role in the development of financial frameworks for budgeting and forecasting to support our manufacturing scale-up and multi-year initiatives. Your leadership, communication, and collaboration skills will be essential as you influence decisions at the executive and board levels. U.S. citizenship is required, along with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances.
