Low STEMI call, every 3rd week

Qualifications – CT / Radiologic Technologist Jobs
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, Radiologic Technologist, or Cardiology Tech
Active South Carolina state license (must be obtained prior to start; no pending licenses accepted)
BLS certification required
RCIS/CCI certification required
Experience with EPIC charting preferred
Two supervisory references required
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
Willingness to float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed
Locals accepted (within 50-mile radius rule applies)
Former perm staff must be gone for 5 years before eligible to return as a traveler
Responsibilities – Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including:
Adult cardiac catheterizations, cardiac stent placement, PTCA, PCI, TAVI/TAVR, IABP placement/removal
Implant closure devices, temporary pacemaker, Impella insertion
Angioplasty, aortography, embolization, renal and carotid angiography/stenting
Central venous access/port placement, dialysis graft interventions
Endovascular interventions, upper/lower extremity angiography
Operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment; monitor patients accurately
Equipment setup, scrub procedures, maintaining sterile field, and room circulation
Recognize and interpret life-threatening arrhythmias
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Accurately document procedures and patient information using EPIC
Participate in scheduled call rotation
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety, and quality standards
