Quality Assurance Manager - FAA Repair Station
Summary:
Leads the Quality Assurance department for an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company quality standards.
Requirements:
7+ years in Quality Management within an aircraft MRO or FAA Repair Station F irframe & Powerplant Certificate Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, ISO systems, and Safety Management Experience supervising 10+ employees Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business preferred Responsibilities:
Manage quality operations and ensure compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 Maintain Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals Oversee internal audits, calibration, training, and documentation Support F nd customer quality requirements Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives Prepare and manage department budgets Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs; fluent in English.
