You will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and internal systems.
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Support company initiatives that enhance client engagement and retention.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
