Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Production Maintenance department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

$25.50/hr with $1.50 shift differential
Shift:
2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, 2nd Shift
What's the Job?
Support 2nd shift production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure safe and proper operation
Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance across multiple locations and document activities in the CMMS
Collaborate with maintenance team members to optimize machine uptime and process efficiency
Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical and mechanical systems
Participate in inventory management of critical spare parts and support manufacturing engineering projects
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production maintenance environment
Knowledge of motor drives, PLC systems, and industrial power systems; certifications are a plus
Experience with Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation) and electrical control troubleshooting
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ability to read design and CAD drawings
Proficiency with MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
