As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Addressing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone Assisting customers in locating products and services Providing quotes and processing orders promptly Troubleshooting and resolving any customer concerns Documenting customer interactions and updating account information Proactively generating new sales leads Gaining a comprehensive understanding of our full range of products and services Collaborating with the warehouse team to resolve order and shipping issues Working closely with the Finance department to handle billing and documentation Engaging with customers across various time zones Preparing client quotes, proposals, and presentations Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Effectively multitasking and meeting deadlines Providing timely feedback to customers and resolving issues promptly Submitting regular activity reports Exhibiting strong computer skills, particularly in MS Windows Committing to understanding our full suite of products and pricing Being mindful of schedules and ensuring all projects are delivered on time Coordinating with internal and external Project Managers to keep all deliverables moving smoothly Join us to enhance our customer experience and contribute to our success!
