As the Financial Operations Manager, you will be the essential financial business partner for our manufacturing facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the financial health of our operations. You will engage in key accounting activities and ensure that all business transactions are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulations, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement. You Will: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, planning, costing, and reporting cycles for the plant.

Ensure compliance with the company's accounting standards and practices.

Collaborate with plant leadership to create actionable plans to meet financial targets.

Oversee the monthly physical inventory and valuation process, including the perpetual inventory control system.

Utilize your analytical skills to identify negative impacts to the P&L and provide meaningful recommendations for improvement.

Act as the financial subject matter expert for the site and communicate effectively with Corporate Accounting.

You Have: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

A minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience.

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally within accounting or operations.

Proficiency in cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, forecasting and budgeting, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.

Solid understanding of GAAP.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
