CHM Bible Theatre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fund Development Coordinator with a primary focus on researching grants and identifying funding sources. The Fund Development Coordinator will work closely with the CEO and the fund development team to research, identify, and pursue grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other sources to support our mission and programs. Responsibilities: Research and identify grant opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporations, and other sources that align with CHM Bible Theatre's mission, programs, and funding priorities. Conduct comprehensive prospect research to gather information on potential Grantmakers, including their funding priorities, application requirements, deadlines, and decision-making processes. Compile and maintain a database of grant prospects, including detailed profiles, contact information, funding history, and application guidelines, using donor management software or CRM systems. Analyze grant guidelines, eligibility criteria, and application requirements to determine alignment with CHM Bible Theatre's programs, needs, and capacity to fulfill grant requirements. Collaborate with the CEO and fund development team to gather information, data, and supporting materials needed for grant applications, proposals, and reports. Assist with the preparation of grant proposals, applications, narratives, budgets, and supporting documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with grant guidelines. Manage grant application timelines, deadlines, and submission schedules, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet application deadlines and requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with Grantmakers and funding agencies through regular communication, outreach, and stewardship efforts. Track and monitor grant submissions, outcomes, and reporting requirements, providing regular updates to the CEO and fund development team. Stay informed about trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in grant research, fundraising, and nonprofit management.
