Job Title: Fabricator Welder
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the layout and sequence of operations for fabricating and assembling custom structural metal products. You will apply your expertise in print reading, mathematics, and knowledge of metals and welding to create high-quality workpieces.
Responsibilities
Position, align, fit, and weld together parts using jigs, welding torch, arc welder, and hand tools.
Verify conformance of workpieces to specifications using square, ruler, and tape measure.
Perform MIG welding with proficiency, and TIG welding is considered an advantage.
Set up and correctly use shop machines such as welders, oxy/acetylene torch, plasma cutter, metal shear, press brake, and burn table.
Utilize both powered and unpowered hand tools.
Provide own tools for standard fabricating tasks, including a personal weld hood; specialty tools will be provided.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Experience in metal fabrication and operating a fabrication machine shop.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Ability to utilize blueprints customized for each order.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
