This executive will chart the strategic direction for the GRC organization, oversee the design and ongoing improvement of the IT GRC framework, and ensure alignment with our business goals and risk appetite. Your role will emphasize direct management of senior leaders, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. As the ideal candidate, you will develop the company's technology risk, compliance, and resiliency strategy while ensuring adherence to critical regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, FDA cybersecurity guidance, SOX, GDPR, and CMMC. We seek candidates with a proven executive leadership background within a complex, regulated environment, possessing extensive knowledge of security and risk frameworks and regulations. This position requires a visionary leader capable of influencing and advising across various departments, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing compliance programs within highly regulated industries, along with a strong foundation in security and risk management. At least 5 years in a senior GRC leadership role is essential, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees and professional certifications in this field.
