Routine Inspections and Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and buildings to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines, systems, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Repairs and Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Fix issues such as leaks, electrical faults, and equipment malfunctions.
Installation:
Install new equipment and fixtures as required.
Assemble and disassemble equipment for upgrades and replacements.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Identify potential safety hazards and report them to supervisors.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and service history.
Track inventory of tools, equipment, and materials used for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments and external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; certification or technical training in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is a plus.
Experience : 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
Skills :
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
