Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee IT project deliveries within the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of IT projects across the banking or financial sector, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. ct as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and stakeholders. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and clients. Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project resources, including allocation, performance, and team dynamics. Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards specific to financial institutions. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and executives. Key Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, including 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role. Proven track record of managing large-scale technology implementations for banking or financial services clients. Strong understanding of financial systems, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation in BFSI. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (preferred).
