Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met
Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency
Manage and develop a team of production staff to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce
Oversee plant maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a safe and clean work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
