Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Lead Warranty Analyst. The Lead Warranty Analyst specialized agent with specific goals to improve warranty labor recovery and write-off reduction. Works directly with Warranty Supervisors and Management to develop and implement systems and process improvements directly aimed at departmental targets. Development and implementation of systems and processes focused on improvement of labor recovery and reduction of write-off. Continuous improvement in claim processing accuracy. Works with Service Managers, Advisors, Foreman, and Technicians to improve the quality of information available for claim processing. Works directly with OEM's and suppliers on all facets of claim processing and recovery. Works with corporate warranty personnel and all branch personnel to resolve claim-payment issues in a timely manner. Aids in the administration of proper warranty claim processing within the warranty group. Assists in the processing of claims as requested by supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience working in service/warranty operations. Prefer work experience to be in heavy-duty trucks. Strong analytical skills. Must possess Microsoft Office skills. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Benefits
