As an Emergency STATline Operator you will: Handle calls for all Cincinnati Children's facilities, (Burnet, Liberty, and Urgent Care locations).

Collaborates with clinical, admitting information systems, and environmental services staff to coordinate efficient patient flow.

Communicate information relating to incoming patients arriving at any of CCHMC's 7 campus'. Coordinate activation requests for medical/trauma response teams as well as other house wide activations.

Monitor entrances to the trauma bay as well as helipad views for both Burnet and Liberty Campuses.

Update staff on patient ETA.

Serve as the Emergency Department liaison to EMS units.

Manage referral and hospital transfer calls from community providers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
