You will leverage your extensive consulting and industry expertise to assist our clients in tackling complex business challenges, guiding them from strategy through to execution. Your Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on Business Intelligence engineering platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data platform, Snowflake, DBT) by showcasing platform capabilities to maximize technology investments. Design and implement robust data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting frameworks that enhance transparency and support informed decision-making. Utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to identify and analyze patterns in transaction data. Ensure data quality and integrity by adhering to best practices in data management and governance. Mentor and lead a team of data analysts and consultants, promoting a collaborative, innovative work environment. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate data-driven insights into broader business strategies. Stay updated on evolving regulations and industry standards related to BSA/AML and financial crime prevention. Develop frameworks that align with regulatory changes, assisting clients in staying ahead of compliance requirements. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into actionable data analytics strategies. Contribute to proposals and presentations, showcasing your expertise in data analytics and regulatory compliance. Represent Crowe at industry events and conferences as a knowledgeable expert in data consulting for BSA and AML. Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and methodologies for enhanced service delivery. Engage in presales activities to manage client expectations and create conceptual solution designs, including effort estimations and project plans. Get involved in the systems development process, overseeing planning, monitoring efforts, and coordinating group activities. Architect, implement, deploy, and maintain analytical databases and pipelines in an Azure environment. Create proofs of concepts to illustrate architectural visions and evaluate tools. Effectively document and present complex technical information for non-technical audiences. Quickly deploy accurate client architectures and analyses. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) is preferred. Experience in consulting or working within the financial services sector. Comprehensive understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Financial Audits, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. At least 7-10 years of progressive experience in data analytics and consulting. Proven experience managing complex data projects and leading teams. Hands-on experience with large datasets, data warehousing, and advanced analytics tools for over 8 years. 5+ years of client consulting experience, including building automated ETL/ELT processes. 5+ years of team management experience, including oversight of offshore resources. Expertise in architecting complex data architectures on Azure for 3+ years. Experience mentoring and providing technical training. Strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred Certifications and Skills: Certifications in BI (ETL tools, visualization tools, cloud architectures) are highly desirable. Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus. Hands-on experience in comprehensive dimensional modeling and data warehouse projects. Proficiency in analytics programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and cloud-based data platforms is advantageous. Experience in projects using agile development practices. Azure experience in building landing zones and provisioning resources is a bonus. You will interact with key stakeholders both internally and externally, including senior BI analysts, data engineers, C-suite executives, and clients' operations leads. The wage range for this role is estimated between $102,400.00 and $204,100.00 per year, reflecting a variety of factors such as skills, experience, and certifications.
