Truss and Estimating Manager

Selectek is seeking an experienced Truss  Manufacturing & Estimating Manager on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located near Nashville, Tennessee, needs candidates with strong backgrounds in floor, beam and roof truss design. Employment Type: Direct Hire Expected Pay Range: $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience Location: Nashville, TN Job Requirements: •   Must have 10 plus year of experience Truss Design •   Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software •   Experience designing Floor and Roof Trusses for commercial and multi-family •   Estimating and quoting experience •   Experience managing others (2-3 in house employees / 2-3 remote employees) and checking their work. •   Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules.  In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the client’s request.
