Position Summary

The Associate Director, Global Strategic Sourcing, Indirect Materials and Services position (Hybrid) is responsible for building and executing a global sourcing framework for all Minaris Advanced Therapies locations. Focus is on sourcing, negotiating pricing and supply and service contracts, cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and supply risk mitigation.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sourcing and risk mitigation roadmap for key materials and services, leveraging global spend Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders as well as strategic suppliers and align sourcing strategy with team members across all regions Lead and execute cross functional sourcing, process improvement, and supplier initiatives, collaborating with business partners to establish requirements, select supply partners, and implement in accordance with established timelines Perform market research and supplier analysis to identify supply partners Competitively bid materials and services, issue RFI's and RFP's and evaluate suppliers, prepare scenario analyses to present the business case for sourcing strategy Negotiate and develop contracts and align with Legal to ensure terms are in compliance with laws and industry regulations. Utilize category management and modeling to identify global strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and value add Lead supplier performance, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Drive cross functional efforts to identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes to deliver results Regular and reliable attendance on a full-time basis. Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred 12+ years progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category or Supplier Management, or related field in a pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech or cGMP manufacturing environment 8+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred Significant experience with global sourcing and contract negotiations for direct materials Clinical/commercial Cell and Gene therapy experience is a plus Proficient with computer software Experience with SAP is a plus Ability to travel 10-15%

The estimated base salary range for each open position based in the United States of America is included for all our current openings. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) as part of the compensation package.
