About the Role:
The
Distribution Lead
is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse account, department, or station. This role ensures smooth inbound and outbound flow, maintains inventory accuracy, and drives operational efficiency while adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage staff and optimize productivity.
Shift:
1st shift:
8am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday only
2nd shift:
4pm to 12am Monday to Friday
3rd shift:
12am to 8am Monday to Friday
Pay:
30/hr
Weekly Pay!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound, inventory control, and outbound processes
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Oversee staff scheduling, task assignments, and performance to maximize efficiency
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvement
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred)
3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with 1+ year in a leadership role
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
