is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious
MRI Tech
to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures with precision and care. The MRI Tech will be responsible for producing high-quality images, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining adherence to imaging protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols. Position patients correctly and comfortably, ensuring optimal image quality and safety. Review imaging parameters and make necessary adjustments for accurate diagnostics. Screen patients for MRI contraindications and educate them on the procedure. Maintain and operate MRI equipment, coils, and accessories in good working condition. Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records in the imaging system. Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure diagnostic clarity and workflow efficiency. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program. Current ARRT certification
in MRI required (or eligible). State licensure
as applicable. Minimum 1 year of MRI experience
in a clinical or hospital setting preferred. Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI safety protocols. Excellent technical, communication, and patient care skills. Benefits
