Job Details
What You’ll Tackle
Full-Scope CNC Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and install components on advanced CNC machines such as Doosan, DMG Mori, MORI Seiki, and Fanuc-controlled equipment.
Controls & Diagnostics: Navigate CNC control panels to pinpoint issues, verify corrective actions, and document all findings.
Root Cause Mastery: Perform structured root cause analysis to eliminate recurring faults and improve long-term reliability.
Preventive & Corrective Work: Execute both proactive and emergency maintenance while meeting production deadlines.
Data-Driven Tracking: Use the department’s CMMS to log downtime, parts usage, and maintenance activities with accuracy and clarity.
Lean Improvements: Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, increase uptime, and optimize processes.
Safety Leadership: Conduct point-of-work risk assessments, follow lockout/tagout procedures, and ensure compliance with all critical safety standards.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma required; associate degree or trade certification strongly .
Advanced skills diagnosing motors, drives, and electrical components, plus an understanding of critical safety devices.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, OEM manuals, Bills of Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Comfortable working independently and collaborating within a skilled maintenance team.
Proficiency with computerized building management systems and confident use of a wide range of hand and power tools.
Strong communication skills to clearly document and relay maintenance activities and technical findings.
Physical Demands & Environment
Regularly walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Work around moving machinery, loud noise, and occasional fumes or outdoor conditions.
