The Senior Director, Finance – Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is the finance leader partnering with the SVP Integrated Supply Chain and the SVP of Manufacturing. This role is accountable for all aspects of operations, supply chain planning, engineering, logistics and sourcing finance, including plant performance, procurement strategies, capital deployment, cost transformation, productivity initiatives, working capital optimization and functional costs.

The Senior Director will establish public company–ready processes, provide strategic insights to unlock value across manufacturing and sourcing, and ensure accountability across the company’s $900M manufacturing spend and global supplier base, $1230M of Direct Spend, $640M of Indirect Spend and $250M of Logistics Spend.

You will report directly to our VP & Chief Financial Officer (CFO), RAS and will work out of our Solstice headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

Serve as the finance thought partner to the SVP ISC and SVP of Manufacturing, providing insights to drive cost competitiveness and shareholder value.

Translate financial insights into operational and sourcing strategies that deliver measurable savings and resilience.

Manufacturing & Plant Finance

Lead financial oversight of 16 global manufacturing sites, ensuring accurate and timely plant reporting, cost control, and performance management.

Standardize and scale cost accounting, variance analysis, and capital reporting across sites including other manufacturing costs

Helps identify improvement opportunities to improve cost structure

Sourcing & Procurement Finance

Partner with the CPO to provide financial leadership on direct and indirect spend, supplier negotiations, and contract strategies.

Develop financial models to evaluate sourcing alternatives, risk mitigation strategies, and total cost of ownership.

Deliver transparency and accountability for material cost inflation, hedging strategies, and supplier performance.

Performance & Transformation

Drive visibility into cost drivers and productivity initiatives, including footprint optimization, sourcing strategies, and operational excellence programs.

Partner with operations, logistics and sourcing to deliver annual savings targets and improve ROIC on capital projects. Ensure productivity contributes to bottom-line

Support Cost / Inflation to Price transparency and alignment with commercials/ pricing teams.

Public Company Readiness

Build scalable reporting, controls, and compliance processes to meet SEC and investor requirements.

Develop ISC and sourcing-related disclosures and metrics for quarterly/annual filings and investor communications

Capital & Working Capital Management

Oversee evaluation, prioritization, and financial justification of capital investments across plants. Partner with ISC Engineering Leader

Lead initiatives to optimize inventory, payables, and receivables to improve cash flow and returns. Partner with CPO and Supply Chain Planning Leader.

Logistics Finance

Ensure seamless/ transparent freight audit and pay. Ensure timely / accurate accruals of freight and freight services costs

Forecast freight costs

Drive integration of operational and financial metrics and reporting

Strong advocate to simplify logistics operations.

ISC Functional Costs

Partners with ISC HR business partner for functional budgets.

Reports and forecast accurate functional costs

Leadership & Talent Development

Lead and develop a global team of plant and ISC finance professionals.

Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Strong knowledge of COSO, SOX, and internal audit standards

Experience in conducting projects in a global, multi-national organization

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Proven experience in manufacturing processes and operations, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

WE VALUE

10+ years of relevant work experience with proven leadership experience in managing large-scale audit programs in a multinational or complex publicly traded organization

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or a Risk Management qualification is a plus

Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or equivalent qualification

MBA or advanced degree is preferred

Big 4 experience or large multi-national audit/risk/compliance experience

Experience in use of AI, data analytics, data visualization, and driving process efficiencies through automation

Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards

The annual base salary range for this position is $220,000.00 - $270,000.00 for Morris Plains, NJ. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
