Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in both English and Spanish Assist with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally Document customer interactions in the system accurately Provide product information and support on cosmetic and skincare lines Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate computer systems and type efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
